BRICK VEIL: SHEATHED IN CRIMSON HUES

Located in Ernakulam, this residence has been designed for a client based in Dubai. With concerns over the soil strength in the site, high priority has been given to the structural stability, and the three storeyed residence has a framed structure with a pile foundation. 

A semi open seating area has been provided near the entrance. With five bedrooms distributed over the ground, first and second floors, this residence follows a square plan with a stairway at the centre overlooking a skylit pooja and courtyard space.

Elements such as a wall of memory along the stairway, a deck space, a swing in the upper living area, a party space add dimension to the house.
