Designed for a Judge and Doctor couple, the main intention for this residence located in Maradu, Ernakulam was to have a space integrating home and office. The spaces are designed and so arranged to accommodate a working and office space along with the house, yet provide appropriate privacy and separation to the living areas. A separate access to the office room placed in the first floor is provided through a spiral staircase. 

Many inviting, cosy and interesting elements and spaces add to the beauty and uniqueness of the home. A wooden deck overlooking a pool, along the dining and kitchen, an integrated courtyard and pooja space, an inbuilt crockery shelf, a vibrant curio rack under the stairs are just some of them. With ample ventilation and a linear and open planning, the residence accommodates many facilities like a gym, peon’s room and a servant’s room.
